關於中研院翁院長與浩鼎的爭議 我這裡翻譯一下網路之名大廠思科(CISCO)對供應商的倫理規範。翁院長身為我國最高階公務員難道有任何理由獲得比這更寬鬆的待遇?

 

我真的不能理解為什麼到現在翁院長還好意思坐在那位子上不下來,為什麼中研院內部還不發動自清。

禁止事項

作為思科的供應商,我們不會承諾或供應任何思科員工回扣、優惠、現金、小費、娛樂或任何有價值的東西來獲取從思科比較優惠的協助。思科員工也同樣被禁止要求以上的優惠。這些限制延伸包含透過任何我們或思科員工的家庭成員或任何與思科或我們員工有相當個人關係的人獲得或保留跟思科的業務往來。注意:思科員工被禁止接受我們(供應商)的未上市股票。

 

可接受項目(譯者注:以下僅寫出列表部分第一項)

 

*實體的餽贈品價值甚低(每年低於100美金),或每年低於200美金的非實體的禮物或是娛樂(裡如活動門票)。

 

我們避免利益衝突(以下僅節錄第一句)

作為思科供應商,我們不會與任何思科的雇員有任何金錢或其他的關係導致實際上、潛在或讓人感到有利害衝突的關係。……

 

Prohibited

As a Cisco Supplier, we will not offer, promise or provide to any Cisco employee a kickback, favor, cash, gratuity, entertainment or anything of value to obtain favorable treatment from Cisco. Cisco employees are similarly prohibited from soliciting such favors from us. This restriction extends to any family members of both our and Cisco employees, or with any other persons with whom we have or Cisco employees have significant personal

relationships in exchange for obtaining or retaining Cisco’s business. Note: Cisco employees are prohibited from accepting initial public offering (IPO) stock from us, as a Supplier.

We Avoid Conflicts of Interest

As a Cisco Supplier, we will not enter into a financial or any other relationship with a Cisco employee that creates any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest for Cisco. ……
